Title: Successful Completion of the First Online Project Management Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the first online meeting of our Erasmus+ project was successfully held on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Representatives from all partner organizations attended this crucial kick-off session to lay the foundation for our upcoming collaboration.

Meeting Agenda and Key Outcomes:

During the meeting, the project coordinator and partner teams focused on the following key points:

• Review of Project Activities: We conducted a comprehensive review of the project roadmap. The distribution of tasks and responsibilities among partners was clarified to ensure the efficient execution of all work packages.

• Scheduling Mobilities: A primary objective of this meeting was to finalize the calendar for our transnational activities. We successfully determined the specific dates for the upcoming Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) activities, ensuring all partners can prepare effectively for the exchanges.

• Communication Strategy: We established the communication channels and dissemination tools to be used throughout the project lifecycle.

The meeting was highly productive, strengthening the bond between partners and setting a positive tone for the work ahead. We are excited to embark on this journey and look forward to the first mobility!
